Products are good. However, service center in Dubai is ruining the experience. Had a very bad experience where the technician is not having the skills, confidence or will to work on my faulty machine. Really frustrated!

We went to store to buy tree items in one shot. We didnt receive any .. staff dont helpful at all. They dont know options of items. We by YouTube know better. They dont have what we looking for. They have one display item what we want to have, but they dont want to sell, even it was discontinued products.. dont have a stock... Very bad experience

They don’t service U.S import coffee machines

I send my machine to repair ( water pressure) by fetcher delivery which they suggested and it took 5 days to get it and the machine didnt work so they blame delivery company and i have to pay 240 aed for electric problem and they say something broken inside ! Is it true or not we will never know. I dont think i will buy breville in uae againUpdate : 23/01/2020My machine water pressure expresso range is not working again after 30 uses .. and the service center want me to pay again to fix !!!!!!!!

I have to say, I LOVE Oracle espresso machine. The attention to detail, the build quality, speed, ease of maintenance & cleaning, and the user interface are all beyond expectations. Having owned the Oracle for only a few weeks now I am STILL discovering thoughtfully designed functions and features that keep giving me warm feelings toward the engineers at Breville. While Breville is mostly known for their consumer-grade appliances, with the Oracle, they have made a pro-quality home machine that should make better-known Italian espresso-machine manufacturers take notice.At first I was worried that I wouldnt have as much control preparing and extracting my espresso shots due to all the automation... but as Ive learned the machine, Ive realized I can control everything BETTER than Ive ever been able to on lesser machines. On the automated grinder, the grind, shot dose, and tamp pressure are all PROGRAMMABLE. (I still have a stand-alone grinder and manual tamper if I should prefer that) Shot length/volume, water temperature, and pressure are all programmable as well, (not to mention the Americano button).On the steamer side, the automation of the milk steamer works great, though its taken some getting used to for me. It allows you to program the amount of air induction as well as the final temperature of the milk, but I find its the only thing about the machine that doesnt give me results quite as good as my own manual technique (but it would likely give superior results for anyone lacking milk-steaming know-how.) Fortunately, you can still steam manually as well. Its taken me a few dozen drinks to learn how to adjust my technique to get the proper vortex action on this wand compared to my old machine, but Ive pretty much got it down now and can create nicely integrated silky soft milk without sea foam every time. Perhaps my only small gripe is the inability to change the angle/position of the steam wand beyond two positions, but I love the self-purging function that that limited range of movement allows...so.I love the thermometer readout on the steamer that lets you know EXACTLY how hot your milk is. The double boiler makes this machine super fast. You can steam milk, grind, load, and pull an espresso shot all in under a minute... with excellent quality control. The up-front water-tank fill access, the tool storage, easy access cleaning are all fantastic. I also purchased the bottomless naked portafilter for this machine as well, which isnt strictly necessary, but it is very beautiful and makes pulling an espresso shot a kind of pure, aesthetic experience. (See included photo)It takes about five minutes for this machine to warm to usable temperature from a cold start, which concerned me at first... until I realized that the machine has a programmable daily auto-on-off function. Now everything, including my cup is already warm by the time Im up and about. (Again, putting my old machine to shame.)Overall, this machine just delivers the goods. While not an art-piece, it is very minimal and attractive and happily lives out on the countertop of my modern kitchen. Its as professional and easy to use as any great machine most people will ever need or want, while still allowing for all the necessary adjustments required to deliver consistently excellent espresso. Everything just works as it should. All functions are more-or-less self-evident. Its not frustrating or finicky like many other expensive machines Ive used. Id recommend it to anyone who loves their espresso. I believe it delivers the most bang-for-your-buck in this price category and Im quite happy with my purchase.

The employee is very welcoming and helped me a lot. But there is an employee who seems to be a manager who was talking loudly and scolding the other employee while I was there, and also talking on the phone in an annoying way to me as a visitor to the store who wants to hear the employee.
